14 For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof.

15 So the heathen shall fear the name of the Lord, and all the kings of the earth thy glory.

ELISHA AND NAAMAN

2 Kings 5:15-17

15 And he returned to the man of God, he and all his company, and came, and stood before him: and he said, Behold, now I know that there is no God in all earth, but in Israel: now therefore, I pray thee, take a blessing of thy servant.

16 But he said, As the Lord liveth, before whom I stand, I will receive none. And he urged him to take it; but he refused.

17 And Naaman said, Shall there not then, I pray thee, be given to thy servant two mules' burden of earth? for thy servant will henceforth offer neither burnt offering nor sacrifice unto other gods, but unto the Lord.KJV

2 Kings 5:19-24

19 And he said unto him, Go in peace. So he departed from him a little way.

20 But Gehazi, the servant of Elisha the man of God, said, Behold, my master hath spared Naaman this Syrian, in not receiving at his hands that which he brought: but, as the Lord liveth, I will run after him, and take somewhat of him.

21 So Gehazi followed after Naaman. And when Naaman saw him running after him, he lighted down from the chariot to meet him, and said, Is all well?

22 And he said, All is well. My master hath sent me, saying, Behold, even now there be come to me from mount Ephraim two young men of the sons of the prophets: give them, I pray thee, a talent of silver, and two changes of garments.

23 And Naaman said, Be content, take two talents. And he urged him, and bound two talents of silver in two bags, with two changes of garments, and laid them upon two of his servants; and they bare them before him.

24 And when he came to the tower, he took them from their hand, and bestowed them in the house: and he let the men go, and they departed.KJV

2 Kings 5:25-26

25 But he went in, and stood before his master. And Elisha said unto him, Whence comest thou, Gehazi? And he said, Thy servant went no whither.

26 And he said unto him, Went not mine heart with thee, when the man turned again from his chariot to meet thee? IS IT A TIME TO RECEIVE MONEY, and to receive garments, and oliveyards, and vineyards, and sheep, and oxen, and menservants, and maidservants?KJV

MONEY IS GOOD AND RICHES ARE GOOD

RICHMAN AND LAZARUS

Luke 16:19-25

19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:

20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,

21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.

22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;

23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.

25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that THOU IN THY LIFETIME RECEIVEDST THY GOOD THINGS, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.KJV

ABRAHAM WAS IN HEAVEN, A FRIEND OF GOD STATED THAT THE RICHES THE RICHMAN HAD WAS GOOD.

NO GOOD THING

Ps 84:11-12

11 For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: NO GOOD THING will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

12 O Lord of hosts, BLESSED is the man that trusteth in thee.KJV

JESUS WENT ABOUT DOING GOOD

Acts 10:38

38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: WHO WENT ABOUT DOING GOOD, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.KJV

JESUS COULD GO ABOUT DOING GOOD BECAUSE HE HAD GOOD/ RICHES RICHMAN

YOU CANNOT GIVE WHAT YOU DON’T HAVE

SUCH AS I HAVE GIVE I UNTO THEE

Ezra 7:18

18 And whatsoever shall seem GOOD to thee, and to thy brethren, to do with the rest of the silver and the gold, that do after the will of your God.KJV

ONLY WITH SILVER AND GOLD CAN YOU DO GOOD

IF YOU DON’T HAVE GOOD YOU CAN NOT DO GOOD

5 And David's anger was greatly kindled against the man; and he said to Nathan, As the Lord liveth, the man that hath done this thing shall surely die:

6 And he shall restore the lamb fourfold, because he did this thing, and because he had no pity.
