and Faith is released from us by speaking (2 Cor 4:13 It is written: "I believed; therefore I have spoken." With that same spirit of faith we also believe and therefore speak,)"
the Holy Spirit is a speaking faith. The word of God in our mouth is the evidence of purchase of things not seen, the substance of things hoped for. (Heb 11:1 Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see.)
The spirit of faith is a universal legal tender, a spiritual currency acceptable by him.(Acts 10:35 But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him. KJV)
Bible Examples of the operation of the spirit of faith
1. Father Abraham Rom 4:20-23
20 Abraham never wavered in believing God's promise. In fact, his faith grew stronger, and in this he brought glory to God. 21 He was fully convinced that God is able to do whatever he promises. 22 And because of Abraham's faith, God counted him as righteous.

2. God at creation Heb 11:3
By faith we understand that the entire universe was formed at God's command, that what we now see did not come from anything that can be seen.
Gen 1:1-4
1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was formless and empty, and darkness covered the deep waters. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters.
3 Then God said, "Let there be light," and there was light.
Gen 1:9-10
9 Then God said, "Let the waters beneath the sky flow together into one place, so dry ground may appear." And that is what happened.
Gen 1:11-12
11 Then God said, "Let the land sprout with vegetation—every sort of seed-bearing plant, and trees that grow seed-bearing fruit. These seeds will then produce the kinds of plants and trees from which they came." And that is what happened.
Gen 1:14-16
14 Then God said, "Let great lights appear in the sky to separate the day from the night. Let them mark off the seasons, days, and years. 15 Let these lights in the sky shine down on the earth." And that is what happened.
20 Then God said, "Let the waters swarm with fish and other life. Let the skies be filled with birds of every kind."
Gen 1:24-25
24 Then God said, "Let the earth produce every sort of animal, each producing offspring of the same kind—livestock, small animals that scurry along the ground, and wild animals." And that is what happened.
Gen 1:26-27
26 Then God said, "Let us make human beings in our image, to be like ourselves. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground."
27 So God created human beings in his own image.
