Canadian singer Justin Bieber is letting fans know that out of the multitude of songs he listens to, "No Longer Slaves" by Jonathan and Melissa Helser of Bethel music - A WORSHIP SONG is in the top three of his iPod playlist.

Bieber, 21, was interviewed by Cosmpolitan magazine for its September issue in a Q&A called, "21 Things You Didn't Know About." There, he revealed that after Lil Wayne and Drake, he listens to worship music on his iPod.

Bieber has been vocal about his Christian faith. Last June, the R&B singer posted on Instagram a video with himself, Hillsong NYC Pastor Carl Lentz and Trinity Church Pastor Ron Wilkerson singing a worship song, "Awesome God."

He has also used the social media platform to express his faith, including one Instagram post last May where he quoted Psalms 43.
"Vindicate me, my god, and plead my cause against an unfaithful nation. Rescue me from those who are deceitful and wicked. Psalms 43," Bieber wrote as a caption to him reading Pastor Lentz's book, Occupy All Streets. "I'm not religious nor do i think I have ANYTHING figured out that's why I call out on God to help me through what I can't do on my own."

In the post, Bieber went on to recognize how cool developing his relationship with God has become in his life.
"Developing my relationship with God has been the coolest thing I've experienced, to know that I'm not alone and I don't have to live in fear," the singer wrote. "Never feel like I'm pushing anything on u [sic] but sharing the good news I've felt in my own life."

Professional boxer Manny Pacquiao says he's aiming for a rematch against Floyd Mayweather Jr. after his May defeat in the highly publicized fight.
When asked about his future in boxing after having surgery to repair an injury to his right shoulder that he sustained before the fight against Mayweather, Pacquiao said that while he's seeking a rematch next year with the undefeated world champion, for now he's focused on serving his country in the Philippine House of Representatives.

"I'd like to concentrate my efforts on working as a politician this year, and want to fight Mayweather in a rematch," Pacquiao told Fightnews.com. "I'll be ready for that mentally and physically next year. I'll show a better performance against him than in the first encounter."
Pacquiao is serving his second term in the Philippine Congress representing the southern province of Sarangani.

During an interview with CP back in April, Pacquiao said he was motivated to run for elected office because he wants to "provide opportunities for my fellow countrymen that will improve their situations. As a politician, I want to help create jobs so that I can bring them out of their poverty. I want to give them hope. Boxing has been my passion, but public service is my calling."

The Filipino boxer and politician has also officially named the church he is in the process of building.
Pacquiao, the 36-year-old Christian fighter and politician, is expected to finish building his church, school and community center on 5.7 acres in General Santos City, Philippines within the next 18 months. The two-story church building will be utilized as a worship area, while the building annex will serve as the Bible school, pastor's lounge and commercial offices.

At his most recent groundbreaking ceremony, Pacquiao spoke about his name for the church that will be called The Word for Everyone.

"The Word of God strengthens my faith and protects me from evil," Pacquiao told PB "That's why I always read the Bible."

Kim Kardashian West is said to be utilizing the social media actively inorder to shut down rumors of surrogacy. She posting recently on one of her social handles saying her unborn son with husband Kanye West "is a miracle from God."

Kardashian West, the 34-year-old "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star, took to Twitter to glorify God for her second pregnancy after bearing it all that she’s been having problem conceiving.

"I'm grateful to God for this miracle & no matter what rumors or comments you throw my way this time they truly don't affect me," she tweeted to her fans on Tuesday.

After commenting on social media that such accusations don't affect her, she went on to post an image of her bare baby bump on Twitter in an attempt to “kill rumors” that she hired a surrogate to carry her child.

While several rumours abound on social media that Prophet T B Joshua of SCOAN is at large in Mexico on account of court related issues, However yesterday it was learnt that the self-styled General Overseer of Synagogue Church Of All Nations(SCOAN) donated N10 million to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Kuchingoro Camp, Abuja.

Prophet T.B. Joshua who lamented the condition in which Nigerians displaced by the Boko Haram insurgency in the North East region are living, called for more support to improve conditions in the camps.


 




Represented by Olorogun Talib Tebite, Joshua also promised the IDPs that the church would also provide a medical ambulance as well as other medications to boost health care delivery in the camp.

The Prophet who enjoined Nigerians to come to the aid of the displaced persons, noted that “as creations of God, we must learn to love our neighbours as our selves by being our brothers keepers especially in need. One way we must express our love for others is in giving”, he added.

The Emir of Daura, HRH Umar Farouk Umar, who handed the N10m cheque to the IDPs camp chairman, on behalf of the church, urged them to utilize the money prudently.

The IDPs Camp Chairman, Philimon Emmanuel while responding said the bulk of the money would used to establish a clinic in the camp.
