Faithful God

"Faithful is He that calleth you, who also will do it."1 Thessalonians 5:24

If you can believe with un staggering faith that "faithful is He that calleth you, who also will do it." you will drink the juice of the spiced wine of the Lord's pomegranate, and taste the dainty fruits of Paradise. You will have an antepast of the enjoyments which ravish the souls of the perfect saints above.

The doctrine of God's word is, that all who are in union with the Lamb are safe; that all the righteous shall hold on their way; that those who have committed their souls to the keeping of Christ shall find Him a faithful and immutable preserver enjoying the joys of blissful security. Sustained by such a doctrine we can enjoy security even on earth; that holy security which arises from the sure promise of Jesus that none who believe in Him shall ever perish, but shall be with Him where He is. Believer, let us often reflect with joy on the doctrine of the perseverance of the saints, and honour the faithfulness of our God by a holy confidence in Him.

IF GOD IS SO CONTIOUS, SPECIFIC, PRECISED, AND INTENTIONAL, I THINK THE SMARTEST THING TO DO, IS TO BE SPECIFIC, PRECISED, CONTIOUS AND INTENTIONAL IN GIVING HIM THANKS, BECAUSE ALL THROUGH AGES PAST, HE HAS BEEN INTENTIOUS, CONSCIOUS, SPECIFIC AND PRECISED IN BLESSING US ROUND ABOUT. WHEN HE DELIVERED YOU FROM THAT ACCIDENT, HE WAS SPECIFIC, INTENTIONAL, PRECISED AND CONSCIOUS IT WAS YOU HE DELIVERED, WHEN HE GAVE YOU THAT SUPERNATURAL PROVISION, DIVINE FAVOUR AND MIRACLE, HE WAS INTENTIONAL, CONSCIOUS, SPECIFIC AND PRECISED, IT WAS NOT A GUESS WORK. HE KNEW WHO IT WAS, HE WAS ATTENDING TO. THAT IS WHY, WE MUST BE CONSCIOUS, SPECIFIC, PRECISED AND INTENTIONAL IN GIVING GOD THANKS. AS A MATTER OF FACT, IN ALL OUR DEALINGS WITH GOD, WE MUST BE CONSCIOUS, SPECIFIC (I.E PAYING ATTENTION TO DETAILS), PRECISED AND INTENTIONAL BECAUSE GOD IS A GOD OF DETAILS, HE PAYS ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAILS OF OUR LIFE. HEB 2:6 SAYS “But there is a place where someone has testified: "What is MAN THAT YOU ARE MINDFUL OF HIM, the son of MAN THAT YOU CARE FOR HIM?” NIV

Q 1. GOOD DAY, PLEASE CAN WE MEET YOU? WHO IS COMFORT IYE ENEBI-ADEJOH?

I am a banker who was called into ministry a few years ago, a Jesus motivated person committed to telling as much as I am privileged to meet the glorious nature of God. A public speaker and a supply chain management graduate MSc. MCIPS. I am equally part of the army of God that is taking the word of FAITH and the POWER of the HOLYGHOST to the families of the earth.

Q 2. YOU ARE A PASTOR WITH SALEM MINISTRIES, HOW DID YOU GET INTO PREACHING MINISTRY?

I got born again shortly after I left secondary school (High school). And went to university ready to serve God  while I was studying.

I was then given an opportunity to serve as the deputy director (Vice president) of Royal Campus Fellowship Kogi State University Anyigba, where for me leadership/ preaching started.

I was ordained in 2007 as a youth pastor at Salem International Christian Centre, assistant pastor and letter a full time Pastor in 2009.

Q 3. WHAT IS LIFE LIKE BEING A LADY PASTOR?

It is quiet interesting to be a pastor and a woman. There are challenges that come with being a woman leader worldwide, but I am blessed with my dear husband, friends and family who are my support system. Most times I come home to a very understanding and encouraging family. Making it all very worth it.

Q 4. HOW DO YOU SUCCESSFULLY COMBINE MINISTRY WITH FAMILY LIFE?

My helper first and foremost is the Holy spirit. He teaches us all things which includes MULTI TASKING. I am also fortunate because I have a husband who loves me like Christ recommended, which is to love your wife like Christ loved the Church. He really helps me out. He encourages me to be the best God has called me to be and does all he can to relieve me of any kind of stress.

Q 5. CAN YOU SHARE SOME PRINCIPLES THAT HAVE HELPED YOU RUN THROUGH A TROOP, AND LEEP OVER WALLS?

Prayer is the principal thing for me. However, determination, courage, faith in God, effort and passion has been at the bed rock of everything I do. The scripture below says it all for me. Psalms 27v 13-14

I have sure faith that I will experience the Lord’s goodness in the land of the living! Hope in the Lord! Be strong! Let your heart take courage! Hope in the Lord!

Q 6. HOW DO YOU STAY FOCUSED IN THE MIST OF SO MANY DISCOURAGING CIRCUMSTANCES/SITUATION?

God never said there won’t be trails, but he said he will not leave us Comfortless, he will be with us through it all. King David is one man that trusted God even in the midst of challenges the bible said 1 Samuel 30:6, he encouraged himself in the Lord, in the midst of trouble. I basically encourage myself in the Lord and stay focused on the word of God, my calling, purpose and assignment. What ever the word say is final for me.

Q 7. HOW HAS YOUR FAITH IN GOD HELPED IN YOUR MINISTRY JOURNEY?

Ministry generally requires Faith in God, to stay focused. For me at every stage of ministry walk, I keep my eyes fixed on the author and the finisher of my faith to take me through triumphantly. 

Q 8. WHAT CAN YOU SAY TO SOMEBODY WHO IS HANDLING A TOUGH BLOW AND SEEMS LIKE ALL HOPE IS LOST?

Keep on trusting God. It can be the most difficult thing to do but, your safer trusting God because that situation will not kill you, it will make you stronger.

Q 9. IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WORKING FOR GOD, AND WALKING WITH GOD? IF YES, HOW DOES ONE DIFFERENTIATE THEM AND ENSURE WE ARE ON TRACK?

Yes, there is, working for God requires you in physical. It is the action of doing work.

The scripture below says:

Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain

While this is necessary, walking with God is highly important. I say so because, walking with God HELPS Working for God most effective. While the former it is Action, the later has everything to do with having a strong, relationship with God. It is a spiritual connection that places your right under the leadership of God. Here all instruction given to you by God is carried out in obedience knowing that he is with you on the journey. Finally, none of the two can be done without the GRACE of GOD.

Q 10. HOW CAN ONE DISCOVER HIS OR HER PURPOSE AND PURSUE IT EFFECTIVELY?

Every time I hear this question something comes to my mind, if an electronic device, is handed over to anyone, and they are not sure of how to use it, the first thing they will do is check the user manual. This is the same thing I will say about purpose. Purpose is what you are created for, If you want to walk in Gods purpose for your life then you must ask Him. See the scripture below.

This has helped me tremendously and I will recommend it for anyone still searching for their purpose in life.

Q 11. HOW DO I KNOW HE OR SHE IS THE RIGHT PERSON FOR ME TO MARRY?

There are many ways to know who your spouse is. But I will use my own example for the purpose of this interview. I started praying for my spouse as soon as i got out of high school. You might say that was too early but, as soon as I got born again, I began to ask God for everything each step of the way. I asked about even cloths to put on, which color of hair to use, what shoes to wear, if he could eat some pancakes (Laughs). I wanted a father daughter relationship and I wanted him involved in all my decisions. Marriage was not an exception. Long story cut short, God showed him to me in a revelation, and 3 years later I meet him in the physical. For me God can confirm to you in various ways, he will speak to you about marriage the way he normally speaks to you on every other issue. First develop your relationship with him, be able to differentiate between when he is speaking and when your flesh is speaking then you are ready to hear about marriage.

Q 12. IS IT POSSIBLE TO STAY WITHOUT SEX UNTIL MARRIAGE? HOW CAN ONE KEEP THE BED UNDEFILED TILL MARRIAGE?

Yes, it is possible, not by our own power but by the grace of God. Secondly, when I say Grace I don’t mean the word use to excuse SIN, NO. From the start of your walk with God, you must know that any effort to stay out of sin is useless. All God expects is that you surrender your strength, ability, weakness, failures to him as you journey into the future knowing that you can’t help yourself, but his grace

Q 13 WHEN MARRIED, HOW DO ONE MAINTAIN THE MARRIAGE RELATIONSHIP SO AS NOT TO GROW SOUR?

Marriage is about sacrifice. Each party must sacrifice to make it work. Think more of your spouse than you do of yourself, let loving the other person be your priority and pray for your marriage without ceasing.

Q 14. WHAT HAS KEPT YOU FAITHFUL AND CONSISTENT?

God has been my source; no one can be faithful except God helps you.

As a woman who put Satan under pressure and turned others to righteousness.
